Financial Counseling - Latham, NY

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Professional in our Financial Planning department located in Latham, NY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Heavy typing with transcription of confidential correspondence;
  • Coordinating calendars and arranging travel;
  • Direct contract with corporate executives;
  • Maintaining client database and report preparation.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five years of administrative experience working with executives;
  • Transcription experience preferred;
  • Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to type 60 wpm;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Flexible;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Superior communication skills.
